Training
I come from a triple training background. First in Fundamental Mathematics at the University of Paris VI-Jussieu. Then in Statistics, Economics and Finance at the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne. Finally, in Business Management and Administration at the Institut Supérieur du Commerce – Paris.
In 2013, in parallel with my professional activities in Open Innovation, I complete my training with a PhD in Management Sciences at the University of Paris-Saclay. My objective: to decipher multilateral interactions between organizations by considering structural, social and business dimensions.
My professional path, my major achievements and the associated testimonials, are the expression of my experiences and finally reflect a part of my life’s path to today.
Thank you to everyone who trusts me!

Professional experience
Marketing and communication
I began my career in 1995 in Marketing and Communications with the Kellogg Company, ready-to-eat cereal.
This experience allows me to develop expertise in many areas:
Management of the marketing of product lines and product mix.
Development and launch of national and international products.
Negotiation and implementation of international and national partnerships.
Packaging, promotion and media plan.
Distribution
I changed context in 2000 and joined Orange in the Distribution Division.
I created several departments, including Sales Argumentation (selling better to sell more) and Usage Development (selling for more value per customer).
Innovation
In 2008, I joined Orange’s Innovation Division, where I design and lead an R&D program (the Anticipated Time To Market) aimed at generating value by capitalizing on patents and dormant solutions within Orange.
It was at that time that I was one of those people who set the signal for the dynamic now known as the developer start-up week-end.
Open innovation
Between 2013 and may 2020, in France, I design and manage Orange Fab France, the Orange Group’s start-up accelerator.
Four start-up acceleration programmes will be developed during this period. All are business-oriented between start-ups and Orange business units or jobs lines: « Original » dedicated to marketing products and services from start-ups, « Telecom Track » dedicated to start-up solutions on infrastructure and networks, « Women Start » dedicated to female entrepreneurship, « Orange Fab 5G » dedicated to 5G start-up solutions for the short, medium and long term.
International
This is how a network of 17 Orange Fabs accelerators on 4 continents is being built up for cross-acceleration covering all Orange business units or jobs lines.
Setting course for Human Resources
In 2020, I switched to Human Resources. Initially in charge of a managerial innovation programme aimed at developing the skills of in-house talent, I quickly moved into HR IT. Marketing, communication and change management are the exciting things I do every day with services, data and AI in HR IT. All I want to do is put my ideas and approaches into practice!
Major achievements
Since the start of my professional life, almost all my assignments with companies have not existed before I proposed them. In short, I always forge my own job by using the company as a kind of resource provider (a “business angel” in a way). My entrepreneurial spirit at heart contributes to the transformation of organizations through proposals in which I am personally involved.
During all these years at the head of Orange’s Open Innovation with start-ups, at the head of my team of 3 employees, I have achieved 80% to 100% of partnerships between start-ups and Orange’s market lines or businesses per season of acceleration.
Commercial partnerships that develop and consolidate Orange’s market positions.
Exemples : Famoco, business applications; Apizee, anytime, anywhere video communication solutions; Key Infuser, innovative robotic solutions; Hxperience, solutions to improve the operation of buildings and maximise their use through data; Athonet, innovative software and cloud solutions for the 4G/LTE and 5G markets; InTouch, solutions for access to payment and digital services in Africa.
Business partnerships that transform Orange’s business processes.
Exemples : ResPublica, collaborative dialogue solutions for companies or administrations; Esprits Collaboratifs, to unleash the collective intelligence of your teams; Global’Exam, e-learning solutions to improve language learning; Bloomin, solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of life at work; Fifty, self-learning solutions to translate advice into action.
Skills development partnerships.
Case in point: approached by Orange’s Group HR, I’m developing an HR programme geared towards organisational transformation: « Full Immersion » to immerse corporate employees in post-accelerated start-ups. It’s a win-win situation! Corporate employees bring their skills to entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs pass on their speed and mindset to the corporate employees. This programme will be crowned with 1st prize at the RH&M Forum in the presence of CAC 40 groups.
