However, the business for a good number of start-ups is through alliances with large groups. So, the simple question is: « how to do it (… without getting lost in it)? »
First of all, far be it from me to criticize large groups: there are thousands or even tens of thousands of employees, and countless business issues that need to be made to « work » together. Structures, rules and procedures are useful (…due keeping of course).
For start-ups that intend to do business with large groups, integrating dedicated entities such as corporate incubators / accelerators, like a buffer zone, may be necessary… but certainly not sufficient!
Start-up, this book allows you to better question upstream the choice to integrate a corporate accelerator / incubator. It gives you the keys and codes to judge what should be done for you, with whom, how, and above all with what criteria for success. So, think about challenging those who will challenge you :)!
